This quarantine challenged me to change my daily routine drastically. From a girl who based her days solely around going to the gym, I didn’t think I was going to survive this. That is, until I found some pretty amazing fitness YouTubers who made working out at home fun and challenging. Best part is, none of these workouts require equipment.
1. Pamela Reif
This woman is INSANE. She’s a German fitness model with an incredibly high stamina. I’ve been doing a variation of her at home workouts and left dripping in sweat every time. The best part is she has music playing through the entire video and a background timer so you know when to switch. Although she does have some live workouts where she talks you through how to do the workout, which is also extremely helpful. Pamela also posted some 7-day workout plan based off her workout videos that you can follow.

2. Chloe Ting
I’m sure you’ve heard about this girl on Tik Tok, or if you’re an OG you’ve seen her on YouTube first. Regardless, EVERYONE and their mothers are participating in the Chloe Ting 2 week challenge. Her program is challenging and free. So, if you like structure and a plan, Chloe is definitely for you.

3. Holly Dolke
Holly has a diverse series of workout which includes pilates, yoga, HIIT, and short circuits. This is the best for when I want to switch my routine up. Right now she has an entire 30 day at home workout series which is super convenient. She’s my go-to for quick and more targeted based workouts.

4. Madfit
This girl definitely has some fun workouts on her channel. Although she does it all, from HIIT to beginner abs, she has a lot of workout dances to the best songs. Come to madfit if you want a feel good workout.

5. Natacha Oceane
One of my very first at-home workout videos I’ve ever watched, Natacha really set the bar. Her workouts are super diverse, which is perfect for targeting different muscles. Natacha’s YouTube channel is a mix of both workout and health related videos. She has “What I Eat In a Day” type of videos as well.
